Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, without damage, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Refund Process:

- We’ll provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You must send the tracking information to help@clayclothco.com.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.
Refund Options:
- Full refund to the original payment method
- Store credit for the full purchase amount (valid for 1 year)
Timeframe:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
- The refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and provide photos or other evidence of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
