Refunds & Returns

At Clay & Cloth Co., we take pride in our handmade pottery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary, and we’ve created this policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, without damage, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us at help@clayclothco.com to initiate a return.
  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You must send the tracking information to help@clayclothco.com.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.

Refund Options:

  • Full refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit for the full purchase amount (valid for 1 year)

Timeframe:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
  • The refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and provide photos or other evidence of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
