Keychain Charm

Description

These keychain charms are decorated with a raised design of initials, hearts, suns, etc. Each of my pieces is a unique work of art, hand-made and lovingly shaped and glazed, so there will be a few imperfections. Perfect for your keys or bags.

Specifications:
~ Material: Hand-built ceramic
~ Color: Various – plum, speckle, pink, blue
~ Design: Raised adornment – initials, hearts, smiley faces, etc.
~ Care: Hand wash only
~ Food safety: NOT safe for food and drinks

The creation process:
1. I rolled out the clay and cut the circle shape.
2. I applied slip design for each one.
3. After the piece completely dried to the bone-dry stage, it was bisque fired in the kiln.
4. The piece was washed, then glazed.
5. The piece was fired in the kiln for a second time at cone 6.
6. It makes its way (hopefully) to your keychain! 🙂
